Leadership doesn’t always come with a title or recognition. Often, it looks like people who are willing to share their time, experience and ideas because they care deeply about where they live. Chelsea Community Foundation is guided by 14 advisory committee members who volunteer their time and serve on subcommittees supporting the work of the Foundation. Together, they help CCF stay connected to local needs, identify opportunities and thoughtfully steward resources that strengthen Chelsea. Education happens everywhere. Through recent grants, Chelsea Community Foundation continues investing in experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, and lifelong learning. This year's Youth & Education grants include: Chelsea School District's Bulldog Life Lab, providing students with hands-on STEM learning experiences that encourage exploration and innovation. City of Chelsea STEM Learning at Veterans Park and Pierce Park, transforming outdoor spaces into places where children and families can discover science through play and nature. These projects demonstrate that learning doesn't stop when the school bell rings, it continues in parks, neighborhoods, and throughout our community.
